Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli. Take-out style crispy broccoli in the air fryer. Super easy and fun to make, this quick broccoli side is vegan and kid-approved.
This is undoubtedly one of the most popular broccoli sides in my house. This dish is suitable as a snack, appetizer, or aside.
You can also use this roasted broccoli in your warm salad. Roasted broccoli with garlic is quick, and one medium crown of broccoli takes under 10 minutes in the air fryer.
It's just delicious, and you will not stop munching once you start.
Types of Variations for the Roasted Broccoli-
Do you love garlic? If yes, then use lots of it. Garlic and broccoli go so well together. Sprinkle some red pepper flakes over the broccoli and sprinkle some lemon juice.
This roasted broccoli will make you crave more.
If you are looking forward to feeding kids greens, sprinkle some cheese on top of the broccoli. I bet the kids will devour the broccoli and ask for seconds.
You can make this straightforwardly by using salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Try to make this with an Asian twist by adding some dark soy sauce, Chinese wine, garlic powder, and sesame oil.
Trust me. You will not crave any take-out broccoli dish after trying this.
In my case, I have roasted it till it feels pretty crispy. However, you can make it crisper or less crispy according to your taste.
How to Make this Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli-
Take fresh dark green broccoli and make small florets. I have kept them all natural and only chopped the big ones.
Then, mix a little bit of sesame oil, Chinese wine, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes, and drizzle it over the broccoli florets. Keep it marinated like this for 5 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 370 F. Then, place all the broccoli florets on the top wire rack of the air fryer. Air fry them at 370 for 8-10 minutes or until they are crispy as you like. Check after 5 minutes because your time can increase or decrease depending on your air fryer and broccoli florets.

Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli
- 1 Medium/2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 Tsp Chinese Shaoxing Wine
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Corn Starch
- Mix chinese wine ,dark soy sauce ,red pepper flakes , seasame oil and corn starch . Do it in a big bowl.
- Add broccoli to the bowl. Mix them nicely .
- Preheat air fryer to 370 F.
- Place all the broccoli in the top basket and air fry them on 370 for 8 minutes or less.(depending on your air fryer and floret size)
- Air fry till they look crispy for your liking .
- Drizzle some lime juice on broccoli florets .
- Enjoy .
