Crispy, crunchy, saucy, and spicy. This Air Fryer Korean Cauliflower is a delicious vegan appetizer with zero oil and a perfect taste. Inspired by the cheesecake factory's Korean fried cauliflower. It's just that it is in a much healthier form. Great for after-school snacks and games, they are finger-licking.

Why do we love this Air Fryer Korean Cauliflower?
This dish is super easy to make, my teens make this without my assistance, and I am so proud of them. Cooking in an air fryer takes almost no effort and doesn't make your kitchen a big mess. I like that I can use fewer utensils and lots of cleaning is unnecessary.
What Ingredients are needed?
Cauliflower Florets- you can use frozen cauliflower florets, fresh cauliflower florets from the store, or take a fresh cauliflower and make florets yourself. Either way, it is okay.
Rice Flour- You can buy from any grocery store, especially Indian stores.
Corn Flour, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, sugar, baking powder, and cold water.
For the sticky sauce,
Gochujang sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup/brown sugar, Soy sauce.

Step by step process,

Tips for making a perfect sticky sauce,
I use a pan to make it more luscious and sticky. Saute minced garlic in the oil till it becomes fragrant. Pour everything into the pan and cook everything till it becomes deliciously moist. Coat each of the cauliflower tempura with the sauce and enjoy.
What to serve with this,
I love to help them as an appetizer, but rice eaters in our home like to pair them with sticky rice or sometimes noodles. Enjoy them with whatever pairing you have, but I will insist you make them.
Tips for air frying,
Do not make it(cauliflower florets) either too big or too small.
Make sure the tempura batter is thick enough to cover the florets.
Use chilled water to make the tempura batter. That will make your tempura crisp and light.
Use parchment paper to bake the cauliflower florets in the air fryer.
I have not used oil for baking the cauliflower tempura; however, if you want, brush them with a little bit of fat from both sides.
