Ingredients we need,
Mushroom- Any mushroom will do. I prefer Button or Baby Bella because of their milder taste.
Bread - Any bread or baguette of your choice.
Heavy Cream - I use heavy cream sold in US stores; however, any heavy cream is good.
Shredded cheese or any block of cheese- I prefer mozzarella, but any milder cheese you like will work here.
Seasoning- Red Pepper flakes, salt, crushed black pepper, and Italian seasoning mix will work.
Aromatics- Onion and garlic give mushrooms the needed flavor and taste.
Olive oil /butter is used to toast the bread and cook the mushrooms.
Variations,
For vegan alternatives, use coconut milk and any vegan cheese. This will be delicious.

Making this toast is easy. Doesnt need more then 15 minutes to prepare the whole breakfast, and it is super delicious. Kids love these because they are cheesy and creamy, and with crispy buttery bread, this feels heavenly.

Method
- Take a heavy skillet and when its hot toast the bread and apply the butter.It should be golden not very brown.
- Alternatively you can do it in a toaster or a air fryer.
- Take a pan or skillet again ,heat it and add oil + butter.
- Add chopped garlic to the pan and saute till it softens .Add onion and cook till they look transparent.
- When mushroom looks cooked and water is not much add all the seasoning.
- Mix well and add cream to the pan .Stir once and add cheese to the pan.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and Top this on both buttered toast.
- Enjoy with your morning tea and coffee.
