Quick and delicious, this Korean tofu stir fry is a flavorful protein-based meal. It takes under thirty minutes and is excellent as a side or main. This tofu stir fry is packed with the goodness of colorful, crunchy vegetables—vegan and plant-based—great for a lunch box or a leisurely dinner.

What is Korean Tofu Stir Fry?
This delectable stir fry is packed with spicy Korean flavors. I have used gochujang and gochugaru combined with a few aromatics and sauces to make a delicious stir-fry sauce. It is not very spicy, though quite flavorful. I have used vegetables of my choice to make this excellent stir fry.
What type of Tofu is used?
I prefer Extra-firm tofu for stir-fries because it holds its shape and has excellent texture after baking or frying. Removing water using a thick layer of paper towel or tofu press is essential.
What Veggies can be used?
I have used broccoli, red pepper, and yellow pepper for simplicity; however, you can use as many as you want. Crispy, crunchy vegetables are vital in making this Korean tofu stir fry.
How do you make Korean-influenced stir fry sauce?
I have whisked together gochujang,gochugaru, sesame oil, coconut sugar/brown sugar, and dark soy sauce to create a lovely Korean flavor-inspired sauce.

Ingredients used?
Extra firm tofu, broccoli, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cooking oil, ginger- garlic, lots of scallions, and some sesame seeds for garnish. Whisked sauce mix is another main ingredient of the dish I made using gochujang,gochugaru, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Can we store it in the fridge for some time?
Remember that vegetables and sometimes even tofu will lose their texture. Still, if you want, you can keep them in the fridge in a freezer-safe container for 1-2 days.

- Press the tofu and cut them into your desired shape.
- Place them in a big bowl and mix them with corn starch,salt and crushed black pepper.
- Shallow fry ,air fry or bake the tofu till it looks crispy.
- Chop the vegetables and prepare everything else.
- Take a wok or pan. Add oil to it and heat ,add minced garlic and ginger to the pan.Saute till the raw smell is gone.
- Add all the vegetables and saute them on high heat .
- Add sauce mix and combine with the vegetables. Furthermore ,add tofu and saute with all the vegetables and sauce. Make sure that all the tofu and vegetables are coated nicely with sauce mix.
- Place the tofu stir fry in a serving dish and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
- Enjoy.
