What Ingredients are Needed for this Eggless /Vegan Banana Bread?
Flour- I have used all-purpose flour this time, however, using whole wheat flour is perfectly fine. You can even use both of them in the same proportion as well.
Oil- Since this is the vegan version of banana bread, I have used odorless oil. You can use any oil of your choice which doesn't have an overpowering taste.
Sugar- Brown sugar comes naturally to banana bread and it helps in getting that beautiful brown color, however, you can use any granulated sugar of your choice.
Chocolate Chips- I have used dark chocolate chips, however, you can use any chip of your choice or even skip it.
Vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt are a few staples of baking.
