Eggless/Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Over Ripe Bananas
  • ½ Cup Oil
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tbsp Any Vegan Yoghurt of your Choice
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 Cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1.5 Tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Prepare the baking tin.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Whisk all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold it to incorporate some air.
  7. Add chocolate chips mixed with 1 tsp of flour.(If you do not mix chocolate chips with flour ,they will sink to the bottom.)
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin.
  9. Bake at 350 F for around 45 minutes or till your toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool it on the wire rack .
  11. Enjoy with your friends and family.
