How to Make Baba Ganoush-
Slowly roast or grill the eggplant for that charred, smoky flavor. Remove the skin. Combine the eggplant with tahini, lime juice, paprika, garlic, and excellent olive oil. Grind this in the food processor for that smooth, luxurious texture. Combine with salt and top with olive oil, paprika, and parsley. This dip is delicious and easy to make.

Easy Middle Eastern Baba Ganoush
Ingredients
- 1 Big Fresh Seedless Eggplant
- ½ Tbsp Tahini Paste
- 1 Whole Lime/Lemon Juice
- 2-3 Cloves Garlic
- ½ Tsp Paprika
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Parsley for Garnish
Instructions
- Roast eggplant in a preheated oven at 400 F till it gets smoky and soft.
- I roasted this eggplant in an air fryer at 380 F for 15 minutes.
- Peel the skin and in a food processor, blend everything well.
- Garnish with some olive oil, paprika, and chopped parsley.
- Serve with chips or veggies of your choice.
