Easy Middle Eastern Baba Ganoush

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Big Fresh Seedless Eggplant
  • ½ Tbsp Tahini Paste
  • 1 Whole Lime/Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley for Garnish

Method
 

  1. Roast eggplant in a preheated oven at 400 F till it gets smoky and soft.
  2. I roasted this eggplant in an air fryer at 380 F for 15 minutes.
  3. Peel the skin and in a food processor, blend everything well.
  4. Garnish with some olive oil, paprika, and chopped parsley.
  5. Serve with chips or veggies of your choice.
  6. Enjoy!!!
