Classic Mango Coconut Panna Cotta. Rich, creamy, and super indulgent, this panna cotta will take your taste buds on a trip of deliciousness. It's easy, vegan, and has just the perfect amount of sweetness. If you love the combination of mango and coconut, this dreamy dessert is perfect for you.

Summer months call for chilled, fruity desserts; if you are a mango lover like me, you will not miss a chance to indulge in this fantastic fruit.
Fresh fruit is awesome for this dessert, but good-quality canned mangoes, like Alphonso or Kesar, work best in this recipe. They are easy to manage, fuss-free, and require less time.
I always prefer desserts that are not very sweet, so I try to balance the sweetness of all the ingredients.
It's not like I avoid sugar, but I do not overdo it. Furthermore, if one dessert component is extra sweet for my taste, I skip adding the sugar to another element. I did the same while making this wonderful dessert.
Since I used canned mangoes for my mango layer, and they are overly sweet, I did not use sugar in my other component, coconut milk. Believe me, that balance is the soul of the recipe.
When you dive into the goodness with a spoon, the layers make you crave more. It is just the perfect combination of creamy and sweet flavors.

How to Use Fresh Mango in This Dessert-
Blend mangoes after peeling and chopping. The result should be a smooth puree. Then, mix sugar according to your taste if you find it less sweet or bland. If you think they are sweet enough, do not mix sugar.
How Long Does it Take to Set the Layers?
I always prefer to make them in the evening or at night. Setting them up is easy, and they are good to serve the next day.
Making panna cotta doesn't involve much time, but setting it does require some patience. Do not make this in a hurry; otherwise, it won't set, and you will be disappointed.
What Type of Texture Are We Expecting from This Panna Cotta?
Panna Cottas are soft, delicate, spongy, and airy. They do not have thick layers, and the quantity of agar is important for making the layers soft.
What Type of Coconut Milk is Required?
I have used canned coconut milk, and it will be convenient for you as well. Just whisk and mix the milk before using it. Coconut milk has a tendency to separate in the can, and by mixing it, we are making it a smooth liquid.
