You need just three ingredients for this recipe. It’s as easy as counting 1, 2, 3.
Easy Mango Coconut Laddoo
- 1 Cup Desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1/2 Cup Mango Puree
- 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
- Heat a Pan.
- Add Ghee.
- Add Coconut and roast it on very low flame .after roasting it shouldn’t look brown.
- Add Mango Puree and Condensed milk .
- Stir the mixture till it comes like a fudge .
- When the mixture is still warm ,Make round laddoos of it. Roll again in some dry coconut flakes.
- Serve it .
