Fusion cooking is not only about combining a few ingredients and flavours, but it also combines two cultures together. These days, I am big on cooking fusion food and most of the time, the outcome blows away my mind.
At home, my kids love everything Italian and for them, any type of cheese-laden pasta is comfort food. This weekend, they told me to make something Italian and when I casually promised them Lasagna Roll-Ups, they did not expect this dish.
What is a Lasagna Roll-Up?
These are single-servings of lasagna and are very easy to handle. They look very pretty on a plate and can make cooking and serving easy without a mess. Usually, these Lasagna Roll-Ups are meat and cheese-filled, but you can have some vegetarian variations as well.
Indian Fusion Lasagna Roll-Ups-
While planning for the Lasagna Roll-Ups, I thought I would give it a twist with some Indian fusion. So here, I am presenting to you my Lasagna Roll-Ups with an Indian Twist or Palak Paneer Lasagna Roll-Ups with a Makhani Sauce.
