Spices include turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and fresh chopped cilantro, heeng, or asafoetida.
Serving Suggestion,
I like to serve green and sweet chutney with them. You can even serve pickles or sauce. I love to spread jam on them and have them. Yogurt raita or yogurt is a lovely side to this loaded veggie Moonglet.

Method
- Grind Moong dal (Moong Lenti) ,Salt ,green chili,Ginger ,Garlic to make a batter.Consistency of this batter will be pancake Like.It should be of flowy consistency.
- Chop and grate all the veggies and mix every thing included all the spices in the batter.
- Add Eno or baking soda. Mix everything well.
- Take a pan or Griddle. Place it on the stove on medium flame and heat it .Brush the griddle with oil or ghee.
- Take batter with laddles or big spoons and spread on the griddle.Make sure they are thick like pancake.Cover them with lid.
- When you think the edges are cooked turn them over with the help of a spatula.
- Cook both sides till they look golden .Apply oil on both sides when needed.Serve with green chutney or sweet chutney.
- Enjoy.
