What Ingredients Are Needed?
Baby Bok Choy- I prefer fresh delicate baby bok choy for this recipe. They are mild and light green in colour.
The sweet and juicy taste and texture of this leafy vegetable are just fantastic.
Garlic- Lots of finely chopped garlic brings out a wonderful flavour to the dish. I am a big garlic fan and always use lots of it.
Fresh Thai Chili- If you love spicy food, you must be aware of Thai chillies. They are hot and super amazing to make a dish interesting.
Salt, pepper and oil- Try to use any neutral oil for any Asian dish. I have used avocado oil in this recipe.
Dark Soy Sauce, Sriracha, and Sesame Seeds- These are the other ingredients that are easily available.

How to Prepare It-
Chop the bottom part of the bok choy and divide it into two parts. Wash it under running water to remove all the dirt and bugs (if any).
Chop and prepare everything according to the recipe. Blanch the bok choy and cool them in ice water, so that they do not lose their colour and crunch.

Take a pan or a wok. Heat oil after adding it. When it's hot, add garlic and chillies to make the oil quite flavorful.
Add all the sauces combined and whisked. Let it cook to get a thicker sauce. Mix the bok choy with sauce and let it cook over gas.
When it's well coated with all the sauce, remove it from the gas stove and serve.
