
Instead of making Makke ki roti, make this mini Taco (soft)with the same ingredients(since a little fusion is necessary to add some adventure in life)
That was our dinner last night along with,
Lime Crema(I replaced sour cream with greek yogurt)
Romesco sauce(with all the ingredients available in my pantry and fridge)
Mango Pineapple Salsa(homemade)
And...
Guacamole(homemade)

Roasted Cauliflower Tacos with Home made Mini shells
Smoky Tandoori Roasted Cauliflower with a combination of a few home made sauces.
Ingredients
Method
- Mix everything together.
- Coat the cauliflower florets nicely with the marinade.
- Place it in an oven safe tray and preheat the oven on 400 F.
- Now place the tray inside the oven and roast it till it looks crispy .Note that we don't need dark cauliflower. Keep an eye on them .They can burn very easily.
- Remove Cauliflower after they are roasted and ready.
- Making of Dough for Taco
- Mix everything together and make a soft and supple dough.
- Making Of Taco shells
- Make equal size balls of dough .
- Roll one ball ,by using a little dusting of flour.
- It should be little thick and small.
- Take a flat griddle and heat it.
- Place rolled mini taco on it.
- Cook both the sides with help of a little oil.
- Prepare all of them according to same method.
- Keep it covered with soft cloth for some time.
- Making of Romesco Sauce.
- Grind everything in a grinder and make a flowy chutney .
- Save it in a glass container.
- Making of Guacamole
- Mash Avocado with a fork.
- Add everything else,and mix it nicely.
- Your Guacamole is ready to serve.
