Method
- Heat the wok /Pan and add the sesame oil.
- Add chopped garlic and saute till they look golden.
- Add all the veggies and saute until they are cooked through ,al dente.
- Add Red Chili Paste/Sauce or Sambal paste.
- Mix properly and add kecap Manis and dark soy sauce to it.
- Add cooked jasmine rice and mix everything. Garnish with scallion and sprinkle some lime juice.
- Vegan Nasi Goreng (Indonesian fried Rice) is ready to be devoured.
