Veg Hakka Noodles

Spicy Indian style Noodles with lots of crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 Gm Noodles
  • 2+2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion,sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic,chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Green Chilies
  • 2 Cup Cabbage
  • ½ Cup Carrot
  • ¼ Cup Green Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Red Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Yellow Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Green Onion
Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Green Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • Salt,to taste ,if you dont need dont add.
  • ½ Tsp White Pepper Powder

Method
 

  1. Boil Noodles According to instruction written on package.
  2. It should be crunchy not mushy.
  3. Wash with cold water and let it dry on flat surface .
  4. Drizzle some oil and mix it properly .
  5. Keep it aside.
  6. Take a Wok.
  7. Add oil.Let it come to a smoke point.
  8. Add ginger,garlic and green chili and fry it till the raw smell is gone .
  9. Increase the heat to high and mix all the vegetables. Fry it for one minute and add hakka noodles.
  10. Stir fry the noodles with a tong .So that the noodles dont b
  11. Add all the sauces and mix it with the Noodles. Make sure the noodles are coated with the sauce.
  12. Garnish with scallion and enjoy.
