Method
- Take a wok or frying pan. Heat cooking oil in it.
- When its hot add chopped garlic and let it caramalize.
- Add chopped onion and saute till it sweats and looks translucent.
- Add long beans ,salt and turmeric to the pan.Stir it once and close the lid for one minute.
- Remove the lid ,add red chili powder and tomato.
- Cover it again for one minute.
- Remove the lid once again. Mix the red chili sauce ,Cook on high medium flame.
- Cook the beans till they look little caramelized (they won't be very dry ,because of the tomato )
- Remove from the pan and serve with roti ,rice or just like that.
