Spicy Stir Fried Long Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib Chinese Long Beans/Green Beans
  • 1 Small Chopped Onion
  • 4 Big Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Inch Chopped Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Small Chopped Tomato
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Sauce (Sriracha/Schezwan)

Method
 

  1. Take a wok or frying pan. Heat cooking oil in it.
  2. When its hot add chopped garlic and let it caramalize.
  3. Add chopped onion and saute till it sweats and looks translucent.
  4. Add long beans ,salt and turmeric to the pan.Stir it once and close the lid for one minute.
  5. Remove the lid ,add red chili powder and tomato.
  6. Cover it again for one minute.
  7. Remove the lid once again. Mix the red chili sauce ,Cook on high medium flame.
  8. Cook the beans till they look little caramelized (they won't be very dry ,because of the tomato )
  9. Remove from the pan and serve with roti ,rice or just like that.
