Method
- Grind oats to make oats powder.
- Soak or boil soya chunks in salted hot water and make a coarse paste in food processor.
- Remove excess water by squeezing them.
- Roast the gram flour if that is regular one.
- Take a big mixing bowl. Add everything by mixing with your hands.
- Brush some oil on your palms and make small kebabs.
- Place them in an air fryer lined with parchment paper.
- Brush both sides with some oil.
- Air fry them at 375 F till they are golden and crispy on both sides.
- Serve them with salad and chutney.
