Method
- Take a pan and heat butter in it. Add minced garlic and red pepper flake to it .
- Add tomato sauce or crushed tomato to it ,mix and let it cook for around 2-3 minutes or till it releases butter/oil.
- Add crushed black pepper, salt, Italian herb seasoning, and cream to the pan.
- Let it cook for around a minute or two. Add basil leaves at this point(if using)
- Add cooked al dente pasta to the pan and mix with the sauce. Make sure the pasta is coated nicely with the sauce.
- Add ½ pasta water to the pan.
- Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes on low flame .
- Garnish with some cheese(optional) and serve with some crusty bread.
