Rigatoni in Vodka Sauce / Vodka Sauce Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Oz Pasta
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • ¼ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese or Mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp Vodka(optional)

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instruction.
  2. Take a pan ,hea
  3. Add minced garlic and onion to the pan and saute till they look golden.
  4. Pour tomato sauce into the pan and stir with red pepper flakes and crushed black pepper.
  5. Add heavy cream and little bit of pasta water.
  6. Now add cheese and mix to form a smooth tomato sauce.
  7. Combine pasta and parsley at this time.
  8. Make sure pasta is coated properly
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy.
