How to make Veg Balls
- Grate all the vegetables in food processor or with the help of a grater.
- Transfer these vegetables in to a big bowl.
- Add salt,black pepper,corn flour and all purpose flour to it .
- Mix it nicely.
- Oil your palm and make veg balls of the same size.
- Preheat air fryer to 370 F.
- Air fry veg balls for 10-12 minute on 370 F.Your time can vary ,depending on size of your veg balls.These veg balls won't be very crispy .They will be slightly chew.
- After its air fried remove them from the air fryer and keep them aside.
- You can deep fry them as well.
How to make Sticky Sauce.
- Mix everything together written under the sauce.Make sure there are no lumps.
- Take a wok /Pan.
- Add mixed Sauce to it .
- Let it come to a boil on medium flame.
- It will look little thick and glossy.Taste it ,adjust it according to your taste.
- Your Sauce is ready.Mix air fried/deep fried veg balls to it .Make sure sauce is coating veg balls perfectly.
- Serve it like a wrap or sandwich .You can use Naan,Pita ,Kulcha ,Paratha.
- You can use salad green as well.
