Lehsuni Dhaniya Paneer

Ingredients
  

  • 10-15 Paneer
For Spice Paste
  • 1 Cup Cilantro
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 1 Long Green Chili
Other ingredients
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ Tsp Coriander powder
  • ¼ Cup Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil

Method
 

  1. Makes cubes of paneer.You can deep fry ,shallow fry or just use it like that.
  2. Make a coarse paste of the ingredients written under the herb paste.
  3. Take a pan heat it with cooking oil.Make sure its on medium low flame.
  4. Add chopped Onion and cook till it is transparent.
  5. Add herb paste and cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
  6. Add turmeric powder,red chili powder ,coriander powder and salt to the pan and cook with two spoon of water.
  7. Add whisked yogurt at this time and cook with all the spices.Cook till the oil separates.
  8. Add cubed paneer and mix well without breaking the paneer.
  9. Add heavy cream and cook for one minute or two.
  10. Check the thickness of the curry if you think its too thick then add ¼ cups of water and cook it covered for one minute .
  11. Switch off the flame and enjoy with bread or rice.
