Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Quinoa(Cooked according to the package instruction)
  • ½ Cup Tofu/ Paneer
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil/Avocado Oil
  • ¼ Cup Onion,Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic
  • ¼ Cup Carrot
  • ¼ Cup Red Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Orange Pepper
  • ½ Cup Broccoli
  • ½ Cup Edamame
  • ¼ Cup Scallion
  • 1 Small Lime Slices
Sauce Mix
  • 1 Tsp Gochujang Sauce
  • ½ Tsp Gochugaru
  • Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce

Method
 

  1. Cook Quinoa according to the package instruction.
  2. Chop the tofu or paneer into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or wok.
  4. Add chopped onion and garlic .Saute till they lok transparent.
  5. Add tofu /paneer and stir once to get a golden color.
  6. Add all the vegetables and saute for one minute.
  7. Furthermore add all the components written under the sauce mix and whisk together.
  8. Mix everything nicely and add quinoa to the pan.
  9. Sprinkle some lime juice and garnish with scallion.
  10. Enjoy.
