Method
- Peel and wash the potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes in rounds.
- Take a pan and heat the oil in it.
- When its hot add cumin seeds.
- Let it crackle .
- Add Potatoes.Stir once and salt ,turmeric,and red pepper flakes.
- Cover the pan with a lid for 1 minute.Keep the flame low/medium.Remove the lid.
- Add minced garlic to the potatoes and stir to mix.
- Cook them on medium flame till they are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
- That will take around 7-8 minutes.
- Remove them on a serving platter.
- Enjoy.
