Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib Baby Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds

Method
 

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  2. Slice the potatoes in rounds.
  3. Take a pan and heat the oil in it.
  4. When its hot add cumin seeds.
  5. Let it crackle .
  6. Add Potatoes.Stir once and salt ,turmeric,and red pepper flakes.
  7. Cover the pan with a lid for 1 minute.Keep the flame low/medium.Remove the lid.
  8. Add minced garlic to the potatoes and stir to mix.
  9. Cook them on medium flame till they are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
  10. That will take around 7-8 minutes.
  11. Remove them on a serving platter.
  12. Enjoy.
