Green Beans & Edamame Salad

This delicious salad features crisp green beans, lovely edamame, crunchy cucumber, creamy avocado, and bites of onion.
A flavourful Asian dressing makes this salad finger licking. Fresh, clean and full of green goodness, this salad makes a perfect side to go with or a meal in itself. Vegan and super healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Green Beans,chopped and steamed.
  • 1 Cup Shelled Edamame
  • 1 Cup Cucumber,chopped into discs
  • 1 Medium Avocado,chopped
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Onion
For Salad Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chili sauce
  • ½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • ¼ Tsp Crushed black pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder

Method
 

  1. Take a small bowl and whisk together all the ingredients required for marinade/dressing.
  2. In a large bowl place all the vegetables and toss everything together.
  3. Place in the refrigrator for chiling for sometime.
  4. Enjoy with a side of your choice or just like that.
