Garlic Tomato-Cream Pasta

- 10 Oz Spaghetti/Any other Pasta
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cup Pasta Sauce
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream/Coconut Cream or any other cream for Vegan alternative.
- ½ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper(You can reduce the quantity )
- ½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- ¼ Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Salt (for boiling pasta)
Boil a large pot of water for Boiling Pasta.Add salt to make water salty.
Cook Pasta for 8-10 minutes till al dente(They should have a bite).Drain the pasta and keep it in a plate.
On another burner place a big pan.Add olive oil to it.
Add chopped garlic to it .Saute till they look light brown .
Add pasta sauce to it .Cook for 1-2 minutes .Add crushed black pepper to it.
Turn the flame low and add heavy cream to it.
Stir the sauce and add cooked pasta to it .Add fresh basil leaves or red pepper flakes.(If using)
Cook till it reaches your desired consistency .
Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
