Garlic Tomato-Cream Pasta

Materials

  • 10 Oz Spaghetti/Any other Pasta
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Cup Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream/Coconut Cream or any other cream for Vegan alternative.
  • ½ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper(You can reduce the quantity )
  • ½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Salt (for boiling pasta)

Instructions

  • Boil a large pot of water for Boiling Pasta.Add salt to make water salty.
  • Cook Pasta for 8-10 minutes till al dente(They should have a bite).Drain the pasta and keep it in a plate.
  • On another burner place a big pan.Add olive oil to it.
  • Add chopped garlic to it .Saute till they look light brown .
  • Add pasta sauce to it .Cook for 1-2 minutes .Add crushed black pepper to it.
  • Turn the flame low and add heavy cream to it.
  • Stir the sauce and add cooked pasta to it .Add fresh basil leaves or red pepper flakes.(If using)
  • Cook till it reaches your desired consistency .
  • Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
