Eggless Vanilla Pound Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ Cups All purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ Cup Warm Milk.(don't use cold or hot)
  • ¼ Cup Unsalted butter (if using salted butter then don't use salt)
  • ½+2 tbsp Cup Condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 f.
  2. Prepare your cake tin by greasing and dusting.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients in one bowl and whisk it .
  4. Add all the wet ingredients and mix it nicely.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients mix well until incorporated.Batter should be lump free.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.Bake for 20 -25 minutes until it comes out cool.
  7. After toothpick comes out clean . Remove it from the Pan only after it comes to room temperature.
  8. Slice only after it feels cool enough to touch . Your lovely crumbs/texture depends on this .
  9. Serve it .
