Black Pepper Veggie Udon Noodles.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Packet Udon Noodles(12 oz)
  • ½ Cup Carrot Thinley sliced
  • Cup Red Peppers thinly sliced
  • Cup Orange or yellow peppers thinly sliced
  • Cup Sliced Mushroom
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Sliced Garlic
  • ¼ Cup Scallion ,chopped and for garnish
Black Pepper udon noodles sauce mix.
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili sauce/Gochujang (Optional)
  • 1 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Crushed Black Pepper (you can reduce or increase the amount according to your prefrence)

Method
 

  1. Cook Noodles according to the package instruction.
  2. Slice and chop all the vegetables and aromatics.
  3. Mix all the sauces and give it a taste ,you can always add something original for your taste buds.
  4. Heat a pan or wok.Add sesame oil.Cook all the aromatics and veggies for 1 minute till they have texture and are charred .
  5. Add noodles and stir- fry everything together.
  6. Pour sauce mix over everything and give it a good mix.
  7. Garnish with scallion and enjoy.
