Bihari Sattu Paratha

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ Cup Water to make a smooth dough.
Foe Making the Sattu Stuffing?
  • 2 Cups Sattu Flour
  • 1 Small Onion Choppedd Nicely.
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Medium Chopped Green Chili
  • 1 Inch Ginger ,chopped
  • ½ Tsp Nigella Seeds
  • ½ Tsp Carrom Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Mango Pickle masala
  • 1.5 Tbsp Mustard oil
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 Lime Juice
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro.
  • Ghee or oil for frying/cooking of paratha.

Method
 

  1. To prepare sattu ka paratha, first make soft and supple dough. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix everything written under the stuffing mix to make a delicious stuffing.
  3. Distrbute the dough into equal size dough balls.
  4. Take a dough ball .Roll it into a nice medium tortilla.
  5. Place 2 tbsp of stuffing between the rolled dough. Close it from all sides to form a smooth stuffed dough ball.Flatten this ball with your palm.
  6. Roll it nice and thin.
  7. Cook both sides of the paratha and apply the ghee or oil.Cook till they look golden and crispy.
  8. Serve with dahi ,or chutney.
