Asian Slaw with Garlic, Soy Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Shreded Purple Cabbage or cole slaw
  • 1 Cup Shreded Carrot
  • ½ Cup Cooked Shelled Edamame (Just boil in plain salted water for 2-3 minutes)
  • ½ Cup Shredded Green Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
  • ½ Cup Roasted Peanuts
  • Cup Shredded Radish
For Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Sauce(sriracha or any one is fine)
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • ¼ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Method
 

  1. Mix slaw ingredients together in a big bowl.
  2. Whisk everything written under dressing.
  3. Pour this dressing over the slaw.
  4. Toss to coat the vegetables in this spicy ,sweet dressing .
  5. Enjoy with your family and friends.
