Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 Cups Grated Paneer
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Green Chilies
  • ½ Cup Chopped Onion
  • ½ Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice
Besan / Gramflour Spice Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Besan(roasted)
  • ½ Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • ½ Tsp Chat Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ Cup Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Milk/ Heavy Cream

Method
 

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan. Add oil and butter when it is so that the butter does not burn.
  2. Add chopped onion ,ginger ,garlic, and green chilies. Saute till the onion looks translucent.
  3. Add chopped tomato and salt at this time.
  4. Saute till the tomato looks soft and mushy.
  5. Add besan spice mix to the pan.Stir and cook till the oil seperates.That will take around 3-4 minutes.
  6. Now add grated paneer,and mix everything.
  7. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes and add lime juice.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro if you want and enjoy.
