Air Fryer Sabudana Vada

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Grated /Mashed Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Soaked Sago pearls/Sabudana
  • ¼ Cup Crushed Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 Green Chili,chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped fresh Cilantro
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil for brushinh on both pattie sides.

Method
 

  1. MIx everything in a bowl.Make sure it looks like a smooth dough.
  2. Mix small round patties of the same size.
  3. Arrange them in an air fryer basket.
  4. Cook them in the air fry till they are golden and crispy.
  5. Serve them with Cilantro Yogurt Chutney.
  6. Enjoy.
How to soak sabudana/Sago pearls?
  1. Take one cup of Sabudana ,wash under running cold water.
  2. Soak them with same amount ,aka one cup of water.
  3. Soak for atleast 3-4 hours. Perfect sabudana pearls are ready to use.
