Air Fryer Pumpkin

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Pumpkin, sliced into wedges
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic/Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • ½ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Peel and slice the pumpkin into wedges.
  2. Transfer them into a big bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil and all the seasoning.
  4. Toss them to coat them with the seasoning.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400 f.
  6. Arrange the pumpkin in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes while turning them in between.
  8. Remove them onto a plate and enjoy.
