Air Fryer masala arbi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Arbi (boiled and sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp Chickpea Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Flour
For Garnish
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Cilantro

Method
 

  1. Boil and pee; arbi.Slice into your desired shape and size.
  2. Mix all the spice powders and binding agents .Mix them with boiled and sliced arbi.
  3. Add oil and a little bit of water (like 1 tbsp )and make sure the arbi is coated with spices properly.
  4. Place the spice coated arbi in the air fryer basket in one layer.Do not over crowd the basket.
  5. Air Fry them at 350 f till they are crispy and golden.
  6. Sprinkle some lime juice and garnish with cilantro .Enjoy.
