Air Fryer Herb Roasted Potatoes

These air fryer herb roasted potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy from the inside. They take less than 15 minutes of your time and use just a little oil. Great for after-school snacks or as a side to any protein dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Baby Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder (you can reduce the quantity if you don't like garlic that much)
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Italian Herb Seasoning
  • ¼ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Lime/Lemon Juice

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry potatoes. At this point in time if you want to peel them, do it before washing.
  2. Preheat the air fryer at 380 f for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Take a bowl. Place potatoes in the bowl.
  4. Mix potatoes with olive oil, pepper flakes, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  5. Make sure potatoes are coated with seasoning.
  6. Air fry them at 380 f for 12 -13 minutes. Turn them in between after 5-6 minutes.
  7. If you want them extra crispy increase the time 1-2 minutes or till they look crispy for your liking.
  8. Remove them onto a plate and sprinkle some lime/lemon juice.
  9. Enjoy with a dip or just like that.
