Air Fryer Green Beans & Potato Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Potato cubes in small size
  • 1.5 Cups Chopped Green Beans
  • 1 Small Chopped Onion
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ Tsp Red Chili Powder (Optional)
  • ¼ Tsp Garam masala Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Lime juice

Method
 

  1. Wash the vegetables and chop them.
  2. Mix all the vegetables with all the spices and oil.
  3. Pre heat the air fryer to 360 f.
  4. Arrange parchment paper on the air fryer basket as a lining.
  5. Place all the vegetables with spice mix in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Stir in between to prevent burning.
  7. Your time can increase or decrease depending on your potato and green bean size.
  8. Remove from the air fryer once they are cooked according to your tastes.
  9. Sprinkle some lime juice and garnish with cilantro leaves.
  10. Enjoy with a side of your choice!!!
