Air Fryer Crispy Tofu

Ingredients
  

  • 14 Oz Extra Firm Tofu, pressed and cubed.
  • 2 Tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder, you can reduce the quantity
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil, I have used olive oil
  • ¼ Tsp Crushed Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Press the tofu after drying. If you don't have a tofu press use layers of paper towel.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380 f for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Take a big bowl. Mix everything written under the ingredient list.
  4. Make sure tofu is coated well with all the spices.
  5. Arrange spice coated tofu in the air fryer nicely. Make sure they are on one layer.
  6. Air fry them at 380 f for 12-13 minutes or till it reaches your desired crispiness.
  7. Enjoy with a dip or chutney of your choice.
