Air Fryer Chutney Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Slices White bread or any bread of your choice
  • ¼ Cup Thinly Sliced Cabbage
  • ¼ Cup Grated Carrot
  • ¼ Cup Green Belll Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Sweet Corn
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped scallion
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Cup Grated Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Green Chutney
  • ½ Tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil or butter (optional for brushing)

Method
 

  1. Mix everything except bread and butter/oil.
  2. Take one slice of bread and spread veggie mix on top of it.
  3. Spread lots of cheese and top it off with a bread slice.
  4. Spread some more veggie mix on the top slice. Spread some more cheese and grill /air fry them till golden and c rispy.
  5. Air fryer temp will be 400 F. It will take around 8-10 minute .Turn them over in between .Your time may vary because of size of the air fryer.
  6. Enjoy.
