Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Unsalted Butter (1 stick)
  • ½ Cup Light brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg(Room Temp)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 Cups All purpose Flour
  • ½ Tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips

Method
 

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients.(all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda )
  2. Whisk the butter and both sugar till they are fluffy
  3. Add an egg to the fluffy sugar and butter mixture.
  4. Add Vanilla Extract to the mixture.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
  7. Keep the batter covered in refrigrator for atleast 30 minutes.
  8. Pre Heat the air fryer at 325 F.
  9. Place the cookie dough with the help of a cookie scooper and flatten the dough.
  10. Bake them till the edges are crispy and the center is soft.
  11. That will take around 8-9 minutes (my cookies were huge)
  12. Cool them on a wire rack .
  13. Enjoy.
