Air Fryer Aloo Parwal

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Medium Potatoes, sliced long
  • 6 Big Parwal,sliced long
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tsp Cumin Seeds/Panch Phoran(indian five spice)

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice potatoes and Parwal.
  2. Mix all the spices ,Parwal and potatoes. Add oil and mix everything properly.
  3. Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper. Spread everything in one layer.
  4. If your air fryer is small do that in two batches.
  5. Air fry them at 370 F for 7-8 minutes or until they are crispy.
  6. Turn everything over a couple of times to ensure proper cooking.
  7. Remove from the air fryer basket and enjoy with rice or roti.
