Air Fried Grilled Yoghurt Sandwich

Air Fryer Grilled Yoghurt Sandwich with the most unique filling of colourful veggies, tangy yoghurt and grated cheese of your choice. A gentle sprinkling of red pepper flakes and garlic powder takes this sandwich to another level.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Slice Bread
  • 1 Cup Chopped Vegetables
  • ½ Cup Thick Yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • ½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Method
 

  1. Chop all the vegetables and mix with the yoghurt and spices.
  2. Add cheese and mix well.
  3. Butter each slice of bread on one side.
  4. Apply ketchup inside two pieces of bread.
  5. Pre heat air fryer to 350 F.
  6. Place the filling on one side of the bread.
  7. Cover with another slice and grill for 7-8 minutes or till it looks crispy and golden.
  8. Do not forget to turn in between and air fry for a minute or two.
  9. Serve the sandwich with some ketchup or chutney.
  10. Enjoy!!!
