Method
- Boil the noodles according to the package instruction.
- Mix some oil with the noodles to prevent sticking. Keep it aside.
- Take a pan .Add oil to it.When it looks hot add chopped ginger ,garlic,green chilies,and onion.Saute to cook them perfectly .They should smell aromatic and look transparent.
- Add all the spices,Tomato puree,soy Sauce and mix everything.
- Add water /Veg Stock to the pan and let it boil.
- Add all the veggies once the broth starts boiling.
- Let everything cook for 3-4 minutes and Switch off the flame.
- Take a serving soup bowl.Place some noodles and pour the soup broth on top of that. Garnish with some scallion and lime juice /slices.Enjoy.
