Spinach Rice with Garlic & Cashew

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Cooked White Rice
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • ¼ Cup Cashew nuts
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • ¼ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Cup Spinach Puree
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Take a pan ,heat oil in it .
  2. Add cashew nuts ,minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
  3. Saute till they look golden.
  4. Add spinach puree and cook for thirty seconds.
  5. Now add white rice and salt,and mix everything.
  6. When mixed nicely, serve in a bowl or plate with your choice of side or just like that.
  7. Enjoy.
