Pomegranate and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cups Chopped Cucumber
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Raw Mango
  • ¼ Cup Chopped deseeded Tomato
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Colored Peppers
  • 1 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Mint + Cilantro leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped onion
for dressing
  • 1 Tb Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • Salt ,to taste

Method
 

  1. Place all the chopped veggies in a plate or bowl.
  2. Mix and whisk everything written under dressing.
  3. Pour it over the chopped veggies. Give it a toss and enjoy.
