Paneer in Roasted Red Pepper Curry / Gravy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cup Paneer Cubes
  • 1 Big Red Bell Pepper
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • ¼ Cup Paneer
  • ¼ Cup Yogurt/Curd
  • 1 Tbsp Kashmiri red Chili Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Oil/Butter /Ghee
  • 1 Tsp Crushed dry fenugreek leaves
  • ½ Cup Hot water
  • ¼ Tsp Garam Masala Powder

Method
 

  1. Roast /char red bell pepper over the open flame. You can certainly do this in the oven or air fryer.
  2. Remove / Peel the skin. Grind peeled smoked bell pepper,garlic,¼ cup paneer and kashmiri red chili powder. Blend it like a thin chutney.
  3. Take a pan ,heat it with one tbsp of oil/ghee.
  4. When its hot add blended red pepper puree/paste and cook till it releases the oil.
  5. Add paneer cubes ,salt ,garam masala and dry fenugreek leaves powder.
  6. Mix and add ½ cup of water.
  7. Cover and cook on low flame till oil comes on the top and color of the curry looks deep orange in color.
  8. Switch off the stove and enjoy with your favorite bread or rice.
