Method
- Grate the cucumber.
- Whisk the yogurt to make it smooth and lump- free.
- In a mortar pestle or small grinder make a paste of cilantro ,mint ,green chilies,ginger ,garlic and yellow mustard.
- Add red chili powder,turmeric powder, and salt to the yogurt.
- Mix all the herb mix paste and ensure everything is incorporated nicely.
- Add grated cucumber to the yogurt mix.
- Add mustard oil to the raita. Stir it. Taste and add something if needed.
- The consistency should be thick like a dip . It shouldnt be runny.
- Transfer the raita into a glass bowl or wooden bowl.
- Enjoy.
