- BOil potatoes till they feel fork tender.Peel the skin and cut them in to cubes.
- Take a pan or wok ,heat oil.When its hot enough add Asafoetida powder,cumin seeds ,mustard seeds and dry red chili.
- Add cubed potato ,turmeric powder,red chili powder ,salt to it.
- Saute to mix everything.Add coarse paste of ginger ,green chili and roasted coriander seeds.
- Cook everything together on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Now sprinkle some lime juice and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
- Enjoy.
