Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes
  • Coking oil/Mustard Oil
  • Mustard Seeds
  • cumin seeds
  • Dry red chili
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Asafoetida Powder
Make a coarse paste of these ingredients
  • Ginger
  • Green Chili
  • Roasted Coriander Seeds
For Garnish
  • Lime Juice
  • Cilantro Leaves
Salt to taste.

Method
 

  1. BOil potatoes till they feel fork tender.Peel the skin and cut them in to cubes.
  2. Take a pan or wok ,heat oil.When its hot enough add Asafoetida powder,cumin seeds ,mustard seeds and dry red chili.
  3. Add cubed potato ,turmeric powder,red chili powder ,salt to it.
  4. Saute to mix everything.Add coarse paste of ginger ,green chili and roasted coriander seeds.
  5. Cook everything together on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Now sprinkle some lime juice and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
  7. Enjoy.
