Mushroom & Thai Basil Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Cooked Cold Rice
  • 2 Cups Sliced Mushroom
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tbs Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Fresh Chili
  • 2 Cups Fresh thai Basil Leaves
  • ½ Cup Chopped Scallion
  • ½ Cup Chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chili oil
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Take a wok.Heat oil in it.
  2. Add chopped garlic and onion till they look caramalized.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook till they are golden. Furthermore add basil leaves ,soy sauce,chili oil.
  4. Add rice and mix everything by turning the rice over a few times. Make sure you don't break the rice.
  5. Taste the rice and if you want to add some salt add it now.Mostly I do not need salt because soy sauce has salt in it.
  6. Garnish with some fresh scallion and serve them hot.
