Methi ,Matar ,Malai kofta

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Grated Paneer
  • ½ Cup Minced Green Peas
  • 2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Chopped green Chili
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking
For the sauce/Gravy
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • ½ Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 No. Bay Leaf
  • 2 No Black Cardamom
  • 1 Inch stick Cinnamn stick
  • 2 No. Cloves
for spice paste
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Cashew nuts
  • 2 Tbsp Melon Seeds
  • ½ Inch Fresh Ginger root
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
For cooking gravy
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Heavy Cream or fresh Cream

Method
 

For making the spice Paste
  1. Take a pan .Add ½ cup water,sliced onion,cashew nuts,melon seeds ,ginger and garlic to it.
  2. Let it boil for 4-5 minute on low flame .
  3. Remove from the pan and grind to make a paste.
For making Kofta
  1. Mix grated paneer,Grated Potato ,bread crumb,chopped green chili,fresh chopped cilantro and salt to form a smooth dough.
  2. Shallow fry ,air fry or cook in appe pan till they crisp on out side and soft and airy from inside.
  3. Remove to a plate lined with a paper towel.
For making sauce /gravy
  1. Take a pan or wok.Add ghee and heat it.
  2. Add grounded spice mix and cook till it releases oil.Add cream,sugar and salt to it .
  3. Add ½ cup of water to make the gravy little thin and cook covered till it thickens a little and ghee floates on surfece.
  4. Serve it in a nice bowl with kofta and enjpy with roti or rice.
