How to make Malai kofta
- Mix everything written under ingredients for Malai Kofta
- Make it just like a soft dough.
- Make small size kofta balls of the same diameter .
- Fry kofta balls on medium flame till they are crispy and golden on the outside and cooked on the inside.
- Remove to a plate lined with a paper towel.
- Keep it aside.
How to prepare Black Pepper Gravy /Sauce
- Take a pan and heat it. Add chopped onion green chili ,cashew and melon seeds to it .
- Add ¼ cup of water to the pan .Cook till onion looks transparent.
- Remove and let it cool. Grind everything to make a fine paste .
- Now take a clean pan.Add ghee and heat it .
- Add whole spices and let them crackle.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell is gone.
- Add the ground paste and cook by continously stirring it.
- Now add crushed black pepper ,red chili powder and heavy cream. Add salt to it .
- Stir for cooking. Add water and cook till the gravy thickens.
- Make it thick or thin according to your choice.
- Take a serving bowl .Place some gravy on the bottom and arrange the kofta on the top.Now pour some gravy on top of each kofta to make it look pretty in plating.Garnish with green cilantro and enjoy.
- Serve with roti ,Naan or rice and enjoy.
